What Is Your Website Marketing Strategy for 2015?

We all know there is a black hole on the web that is filled with millions of web pages that have fallen deep into the mud of the Google library. Do you ever ask yourself, “How do these competitors get to the first page for my market areas?” While your website marketing strategy is not even showing up anywhere on Google’s 100+ pages of results. Well, being on the first page is not hard to do if you know a simple process and fine tune it to tailor your niche in the market. This can also be a very inexpensive way to climb up the rankings.

As I write this blog article, off the top of my head, about ‘Your Website Marketing Strategy for 2015’, I will be using certain keyword phrases that I want Google to crawl and pick up on this page. When marketing your website, you are not just saying “Hey, go to my website for information and to search for homes.” You want to write informative content that helps users/visitors understand that there is something of value here that they will benefit from. Most of the time, I will do planning and research and find useful images for blog posts. This is just a quick conversation to show you how my keyword can rank just by writing a blog post about website marketing strategy.

CATEGORIES
When you write articles on your blog, create Category titles that each article can sort well with. This article will simply be assigned to categories titled ‘Website Strategy’, ‘Marketing Strategy’ and ‘Website Content Strategy’. These 3 categories are services we offer and we will leave information about these topics here in our blog. These categories are like sections in a library users can find useful if they are searching for a certain topic. The more info and insight you offer, the more satisfied your users/visitors become. If they feel more satisfied with your offerings, the will be more likely to fill out that form with their personal information.

CONVERSATE
When writing your articles be clear about what you are elaborating on. I’m speaking on marketing my website and strategy for 2015 and beyond, so I will continue to use the keywords in this post to show my website marketing strategy can be effective if I use it throughout my article. I want to explain here, that blogging is a very effective website marketing strategy. Moreover, writing articles that hold information that can assist users/visitors in ways making you the expert in your field. Professionals are looked as experts so write and share your data/knowledge, don’t hoard it and keep it all for yourself… share it. You can even use visuals like images info-graphics or even video.

Blogging is a great way to get fresh new content and information out to the web, and Google loves fresh new content. I’m not going into SEO strategy here, just a simple way to get your website marketing strategy underway by writing blog posts like this, but of course, you covering your own industry topics of interest that will help engage your audience. Find a niche and cover it, often and in depth.

Most real estate professionals serve static content to their website visitors, which never changes and shows Google there is no freshness happening. My point here, is to simply create a topic, say ‘Buyers’, and cover all the scenarios a buyer would go through or experience about ‘Buying real estate. All these articles will be so much more engaging than just one page of content for a potential buyer to read. After that one page is read, then what? That user is gone!

BTW, Don’t forget to install your SEO plugin and set your post title, keyword and description for each post. This is crucial for Google to pick up your pages… I can help with this, just ask.
